Am I really expected to hear something in all that noise. Can't I just Google for the answer? help I'm certain my hearing is getting worse!  banghead

Yes, you are going to have to google for the answer even if you manage to hear that spooky recording. But if you know what kind of recording that is, you may be able to find an egg that will help.

Use the info in the other eggs. Hearing what that particular one says is difficult, and not really all that necessary if you use your other info the right way.

It's an American legend you're after, and that helps narrow things down. Not many of these type of stories center around women. thumbsup

hissyfit I've heard that thing hundred times and can't understand what they're saying. I'm not that good at sound editing, so as to make it clearer. And the last egg's weird five words brought me to a movie, until I realized it was written like that in order to rhyme   rolleyes
I've tried lots of names of female g*****, nicknames, real names, places, and tried to find that house, but I can't find it  damnit

Rhymes are important. Places won't help you in the URL and the house pictured isn't important either, although HER house is pretty famous.
